  The Domoic
Acid Test Kit is an immunoassay designed to identify domoic acid in
extracts of various matrices. One kit is able to analyze thirty six
samples. This test is able to quantify domoic acid at concentrations down
to 1 ppm in shellfish tissue and 1 ppb in aqueous samples. This test can
be modified to screen at regulatory levels by dilution of the sample
